This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. Those requests have to go to the sheriff or the court that issued the order.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Here is where the most common Allegan County warrant questions belong:
- Whether a warrant exists in a court case: call the clerk of the court that issued or heard the case, with the case number if you have it
- A support enforcement warrant: call the Friend of the Court Enforcement Office, which handles the Show Cause and cash bond process
- Custody or bond payment: call the Allegan County Sheriff, which runs the jail and the Bond Lobby
- Resolving a warrant: talk with a licensed Michigan attorney and the issuing court about an appearance, a bond, or a motion to recall
- A felony case that was bound over: call the 48th Circuit Court Records Division, which holds the file after the district stage
